Edgemont Condominiums

Edgemont Condominiums has six units at 1755 North Edgemont Street. LA County Assessor records date the building to 1966 and put units at 657 to 1,088 square feet. Edgemont Capri at 1743 is a six-unit building from the same decade on the same street.

Edgemont Street is part of the line between West Los Feliz and Los Feliz Square. West Los Feliz runs from Edgemont Street and Normandie Avenue west to Western Avenue. Its condo stock is mostly small 1960s buildings. Newer small-lot homes stand on Kenmore and Alexandria Avenues.
