Edgemont Capri

Edgemont Capri is a six-unit condo building at 1743 North Edgemont Street, built in 1962. Units run from 662 to 1,092 square feet, per LA County Assessor records. Its neighbor on the street, Edgemont Condominiums at 1755, is also a six-unit building from the same decade.

The building sits on the west side of Edgemont Street, along the eastern edge of West Los Feliz. The Los Feliz Neighborhood Council calls this part of Los Feliz District F. It runs west to Western Avenue between Hollywood Boulevard and Los Feliz Boulevard. Its condos are mostly small buildings from the 1960s.
